Reservations & Payment: Reservations can be made directly at the hotel or through the Book Now button on our website. We offer a 24-hour cancellation policy. At check-in, a valid photo ID and a Visa or Mastercard are required. Card payments are accepted, though a small processing fee may apply. All payments are made in Mexican Pesos (MXN) at the current exchange rate. Local taxes are not included in the displayed rates. A valid credit or debit card is required to guarantee reservations after 5:00 PM.

Arrival & Departure: Check-in: 2:00 PM Check-out: 12:00 PM Please let us know your estimated arrival time in advance so we can better prepare for your stay.

Occupancy & Guests: Only registered guests are permitted in the rooms. An additional fee of 200 MXN applies per extra guest.
