Housekeeping: Daily maid service. Towels and bed linens are changed every two days for multi-night stays.
Private Bathroom: Each room has a private bathroom with a shower, toilet, towels, and complimentary toiletries.
No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in rooms or public areas of the hotel.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.

We offer a 24-hour cancellation policy.
At check-in, a valid photo ID and a Visa or Mastercard are required. Card payments are accepted, though a small processing fee may apply. All payments are made in Mexican Pesos (MXN) at the current exchange rate. Local taxes are not included in the displayed rates.
A valid credit or debit card is required to guarantee reservations after 5:00 PM.

Check-out: 12:00 PM

Occupancy & Guests: Only registered guests are permitted in the rooms. An additional fee of 200 MXN applies per extra guest.
Quiet Hours: To ensure a restful environment, quiet hours are observed from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
